Digital Client Manager (m/f/d)
As a Digital Client Manager (m/f/d) at UBS, you will advise clients on the phone, support them with various issues and represent the company in the digital world. You play an important role in the merger of the two largest Swiss banks and support clients during the integration.
The role
Your core tasks include:- As the first point of contact for our clients, you represent UBS and work with modern digital technologies to answer our clients' questions.
- You support our customers during integration with the various back office tasks and process them efficiently and effectively.
- You look for a suitable solution for each of your valuable customers - whether they have lost a card, want to buy their dream home or need help with online banking.
- During the merger of the two largest Swiss banks, you will support our clients with various issues and help us.
