The role

Are you looking for an exciting entry into the world of finance? Do you enjoy advising customers and clients on the phone? Would you like to be part of a new banking era? The CSS Client Front Desk team is the start of an excellent career and after about 2 years you will be ready to progress within the organization.

Tasks

  • As the first point of contact for clients, you will represent UBS, work with modern digital technologies and answer our clients' questions or assist with back-office tasks.
  • You then look for a suitable solution for each person - whether they have lost a card, want to buy their wedding house or need help with online banking.
  • And finally, you will get customers excited about the digital world and help them with e-banking, mobile banking or TWINT.

Requirements

  • You are interested in banking
  • You enjoy advising customers and clients on the various digital channels
  • You are a 'digital native' to master different customer inquiries
  • You enjoy working in a team
  • You speak two national languages fluently
