The function

The position is to be filled in the centers of Carouge, Nyon, Renens, Sierre and Sion. Your main tasks will be as follows:

  • As the first point of contact for customers, you represent UBS, work with modern digital technologies and answer customer inquiries
  • You will support our customers during the migration by performing various back-office tasks efficiently and effectively
  • During the largest merger in Swiss banking history, you will support our clients during the migration and help us to ensure a smooth transition
  • They arouse customers' interest in the digital world and help them to use e-banking, mobile banking or TWINT
  • Through your entrepreneurial spirit, you identify sales opportunities and use them to develop UBS's core business
