Digital Client Manager

The position as Digital Client Manager at UBS in Zurich offers the opportunity to be the first point of contact for clients in the Personal & Corporate Banking division and to support them in using digital banking services. The job involves advising clients by phone and representing UBS in a temporary role.

The role

We are looking for a Digital Client Manager to act as the first point of contact for our clients and support them in the digital world. Your core tasks will include:
  • As the first point of contact for our clients, you represent UBS and work with modern digital technologies to answer our clients' questions.
  • You inspire our customers for the digital world and help them with exciting e-banking topics, as well as with mobile banking or Twint.
  • Through your entrepreneurial thinking
Mondays and Fridays are fixed office hours so that we can start the week together and finish it successfully.

The Client Solutions Switzerland Hub actively supports clients in all possible areas or a UBS business.
