Digital Client Manager
The position as Digital Client Manager at UBS in Zurich offers the opportunity to be the first point of contact for clients in the Personal & Corporate Banking division and to support them in using digital banking services. The job involves advising clients by phone and representing UBS in a temporary role.
The role
We are looking for a Digital Client Manager to act as the first point of contact for our clients and support them in the digital world. Your core tasks will include:- As the first point of contact for our clients, you represent UBS and work with modern digital technologies to answer our clients' questions.
- You inspire our customers for the digital world and help them with exciting e-banking topics, as well as with mobile banking or Twint.
