Digital Client Manager
The position as Digital Client Manager at UBS in Zurich offers the opportunity to work as the first point of contact for clients in the Personal & Corporate Banking division and to support them with digital banking topics. The job includes client advisory, relationship management and working with modern digital technologies.
The role
Are you looking for an exciting entry into the world of finance? Do you enjoy advising customers over the phone? Would you like to be part of a new banking era and play an important role in the merger of the two largest Swiss banks? Mondays and Fridays are fixed office hours so that we can start the week together and bring it to a successful conclusion. Your core tasks include:- As the first point of contact for our clients, you represent UBS and work with modern digital technologies to answer our clients' questions.
- You inspire our customers for the digital world and help them with exciting e-banking topics, as well as with mobile banking or Twint.
