The role

Are you looking for an exciting entry into the world of finance? Do you enjoy advising customers on the phone? Would you like to be part of a new banking era and play an important role in the merger of the two largest Swiss banks? Mondays and Fridays are fixed office hours so that we can start and end the week together successfully.

Tasks

  • As the first point of contact for our clients, you represent UBS and work with modern digital technologies to answer our clients' questions.

Requirements

  • The banking business interests you and you are curious
  • You enjoy advising customers
  • You need empathy, resilience and flexibility to deal with different customer situations - you have these qualities and know how to apply them
  • As a 'digital native', you can use our tools flexibly and quickly
  • You are flexible and work in a team
  • You value teamwork and work collaboratively
  • You speak two national languages fluently
