Tasks
- As the first point of contact for customers, you represent UBS, work with modern digital technologies and answer customer inquiries
- You support customers during the migration by performing efficient and effective back-office tasks
- During the largest merger in Swiss banking history, you will support clients during the migration and help ensure a smooth transition
- They arouse customers' interest in the digital world and help them to use e-banking, mobile banking or TWINT
- With your entrepreneurial spirit, you identify sales opportunities and use them to develop UBS's core business
Requirements
- You are interested in digital services
- You are happy to advise customers on products and answer various queries
- As a "digital native", you are flexible and can switch quickly between tasks
- You value teamwork and enjoy working with colleagues to achieve goals
- You speak two languages fluently
