Digital Client Support Specialist (M/F)

The role of Digital Client Support Specialist involves assisting customers with questions about digital tools and services, as well as monitoring and improving digital solutions. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in banking or finance, strong communication skills, and experience working with customers.

Indosuez Wealth Management offers its clients digital service solutions (e-banking, m-banking, and other applications) that enable them to track their assets in real time. We are looking for a Digital Client Support Specialist to assist our clients with their inquiries regarding digital tools.

Tasks

  • They handle customer inquiries using digital tools (access, functionality, connections, etc.).
  • You maintain high-quality relationships with customers, as well as with the company's teams and employees.
  • They ensure that activities are tracked in terms of both quality and quantity (volume, response time, interactions with the digital service, etc.).
  • You are responsible for implementing and monitoring campaigns to introduce and promote digital services.
  • You identify and document innovative ideas for improving our digital solutions.
  • You will work closely with the project teams and implement the requirements for the rollout of new features.

Candidate criteria

  • Minimum educational level: Bac +3 / L3
  • Education / Specialization: Banking/Finance
  • Minimum experience: 0–2 years
