Digital Experience Designer

Description

We make our customers’ financial lives easier—both digitally and in person. As part of this Digital Experience Design Team, we develop modern UX solutions for key digital touchpoints. Working closely with business, product ownership, and development teams, we create user-centered digital products.

Tasks

Working closely with the business and stakeholders, you will continue to develop design systems, patterns, and UI components with a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

• A degree in Interaction Design or UX/UI, with several years of experience as a UX Designer, UX Designer, or Product Designer
• An excellent understanding of user experience and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive digital solutions
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and common prototyping tools, as well as design systems and usability testing
• A structured approach to work, initiative, and the ability to clearly communicate design decisions
• In stakeholder management, you stand out by listening, prioritizing, and presenting well-reasoned arguments
• Confident communication in German and English
