Digital Experience Designer

Job description

We make our customers’ financial lives easier—digitally, personally, and directly. As part of this Digital Experience Design Team, we develop modern UX solutions for key digital touchpoints. Working closely with business teams, product owners, and developers, we create user-centered digital products.

Tasks

• Working closely with the business and stakeholders, you will continuously refine design systems, patterns, and UI components.

Requirements

• You have a degree in Interaction Design or UX and several years of experience as a UX Designer, UX Design Lead, or Product Designer.
• You have a strong understanding of user experience and can translate complex requirements into intuitive digital solutions.
• You are comfortable working with Figma, Miro, and other popular prototyping tools, and you have experience with design systems and usability testing.
• You stand out for your structured approach to work, self-motivation, and ability to clearly communicate design decisions.
• In stakeholder management, you excel by listening, prioritizing, and presenting well-reasoned arguments.
• You are fluent in German and English.
