Tasks

• Analyzing technical requirements, evaluating systems, and supporting implementation through to successful launch.
• In collaboration with the departments, we will identify opportunities for digitization and further develop the technical solution landscape.
• Coordinating requirements, releases, and changes, and ensuring the secure and regulatory-compliant operation of applications.
• Providing users with guidance on technical issues and incorporating innovative approaches and new technologies into solutions.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a college degree with a focus on business or technology, as well as a strong interest in IT, digitalization, and finance.
• Extensive experience in the banking sector and at Apple, preferably in a similar cross-functional role.
• Knowledge in the areas of financing, leasing, or application management, as well as in business software or applications.
• A strong understanding of processes and the ability to navigate situations such as those involving internal bank processes are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with various stakeholders at the interface between business units and IT.
• A sense of trust and responsibility, suitability for the role, as well as a proactive team-oriented approach and flexibility (at least C1 level).
• Good written and spoken German skills (at least C1).

• Minimum full-time salary: 3,581.63 EUR gross per month (subject to the collective bargaining agreement for bank employees and bankers).
