Tasks

• They analyze current requirements, assess their impact on processes and/or systems, and implement them in the applications under their supervision through parameterization, configuration, and coordination of the implementation.
• You will independently drive forward development initiatives and projects and make a significant contribution to the digitization and optimization of our financing processes.
• You will assume technical responsibility for the applications under your supervision, ensure a high level of service quality, and provide transparent documentation.
• You will optimize the necessary data flows, processes, and interfaces within the finance department and assist users with both business and technical issues.

Requirements

• You have a college degree with a focus on business or technology, or you have 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable field.
• You have a strong interest in IT and digitalization topics.
• You have a good command of written and spoken German (at least C1).
• You have experience in the banking sector, application management, business analysis, or in a comparable role bridging the gap between business units and IT.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of the financing and lending industries and banking processes.
• You have a deep understanding of complex business processes and translate technical requirements into structured, actionable solutions.
• You are results-oriented, analytical, and solution-oriented; you communicate in a manner tailored to your audience and are confident in interacting with various stakeholders.
• Organizational skills, a sense of personal responsibility, and a passion for actively shaping change round out your profile.
