Digital Marketing Coordinator

This role provides critical support for Man Group’s digital marketing initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders from Global Marketing, Sales, Technology, Client Services, and investment teams. The position focuses on designing and executing strategic digital objectives, identifying and implementing continuous improvements to enhance Man Group’s digital presence, and supporting day-to-day operations within the Marketing Operations and Digital teams.

Responsibilities

The tasks include:

• Support in implementing key digital marketing projects
• Assessment of current marketing processes, identification and implementation of improvements where possible
• Advanced experience with our CRM (Dynamics system) and experience with website prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
• Review, evaluate, prioritize, and implement ongoing UX improvements
• Identifying target audiences to ensure consistent digital user experiences
• Support for digital analytics to ensure that stakeholders have access to key performance indicators, enabling data-driven decisions
• Management reports and updates on digital initiatives
• Monitoring progress against best practices and new ideas in the digital roadmap
• Supplier relationship management
