Digital Platform Experience & Adoption Strategist

Your challenge

  • Building bridges between users and development teams: representing the user's voice throughout the entire lifecycle—from preliminary testing and pilot engagement to follow-up and feedback management.
  • Ensure communication and transparency: provide clear, consistent updates on changes, releases, and impacts to frontline staff and stakeholders.
  • Direct user engagement activities on internal and external platforms: plan and execute user sessions, gather structured feedback, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Drive adoption and awareness: ensure that new features and tools are understood, appreciated, and used effectively, regardless of region or business unit.
  • Track user insights and communicate them strategically: Gather user insights through relevant activation measures and report results back to stakeholders across the bank.
  • Promote collaboration across geographic boundaries: Build strong connections between teams to ensure alignment and shared ownership of user experience outcomes.

Your requirements

  • A strong sense of ownership and curiosity to understand why things are built, not just how.
  • Experience in digital product environments within banking and technology, as well as artificial intelligence, is a major advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German, French, Spanish, and/or other languages are a plus)
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to navigate between technical and non-technical teams

  • Comfortable working with collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, PowerPoint, or similar)
