Digital Product Manager

The Digital Product Manager supports the digital marketing strategy team in coordinating and implementing digital initiatives to improve the user experience and assists in the analysis and optimization of digital processes. The position is limited to 12 months.

This role is essential to supporting our digital marketing strategy team and works collaboratively with stakeholders from digital marketing, sales, technology, client services, and investment teams. The position focuses on coordinating the implementation of strategic digital initiatives, identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the digital user experience, and supporting the marketing operations and digital teams.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Tasks

  • Support and coordination in the implementation of web-based digital marketing projects
  • Maintenance (personal responsibility) and identification of opportunities for improvement
  • Hands-on work within our CRM system (Datal system)
  • An important contact for the overall digital strategy
  • Identification, validation, prioritization, and onboarding of UX improvements
  • Identification of target groups to ensure continuous digital journeys
  • Support with digital analysis to enable data-driven decisions
  • Creation of a management roadmap and playbook for digital initiatives
  • Maintenance of plans regarding best practices and new ideas for the digital roadmap
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Maintaining strong, productive relationships with the technology team

Requirements

Technical skills

  • 3+ years of experience in digital product development projects (web or media) with hands-on experience throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • Experience in design or data, financial services is a plus
  • Degree in computer science, business administration, computer science, economics, or a related field
  • Experience in data analysis
  • High level of responsibility and hands-on approach
  • Strong conceptual, project, and time management skills with a client-centric mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data management tools
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, BPA, or similar project management tools
  • Familiarity with supporting cross-functional teams as an advanced user (creating/populating databases; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage)
  • A few programming languages (Python, R, etc.)
  • Fluent in English
