Digital Transformation Expert
BTV Vier Länder Bank AG is seeking a Digital Transformation Expert to conduct system analyses, implement new digital solutions, and oversee software rollouts. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, IT, or digital transformation, as well as experience in digitization and transformation processes.
Tasks
- Conducting system analyses, evaluating new digital solutions, and supporting software implementations
- Responsibility for internal bank digitalization initiatives as well as the implementation and further development of core IT systems
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements in a project context
- Ongoing optimization of existing systems, as well as structured documentation and knowledge management
- Participation in complex IT and digital transformation projects
Requirements
- A degree in business, IT, or digital transformation (e.g., business informatics, management and IT, computer science, business administration with a focus on IT) or several years of relevant professional experience in application management, ideally in the banking or financial sector
- Extensive knowledge of digitalization and transformation processes
- Experience with modern SaaS and cloud solutions as well as no-code and low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform)
- Experience in stakeholder management and in coordinating complex interfaces (workflow management)
- Strong technical understanding of IT architectures, interfaces, and application landscapes
- A structured, analytical, and creative approach to work
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as a passion for change management
- Knowledge of agile and traditional project management
