Tasks

- Conducting system analyses, evaluating new digital solutions, and supporting software implementations - Overseeing internal bank digitalization initiatives, as well as the implementation and further development of core IT systems - Ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements in a project context - Continuously optimizing existing systems, as well as maintaining structured documentation and knowledge management - Collaborating on complex IT and digitalization projects

Requirements

- A degree in business, IT, or digital transformation (e.g., business informatics, management & IT, computer science, business administration with a focus on IT) or several years of relevant professional experience in application management, ideally in the banking or financial sector - Strong knowledge of digitalization and transformation processes - Experience with modern SaaS and cloud solutions as well as no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform) - Experience in stakeholder management and coordinating complex interfaces (workflow management) - Strong technical understanding of IT architectures, interfaces, and application landscapes - Structured, analytical, and results-oriented approach to work - Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as a passion for change processes - Knowledge of agile and traditional project management is a plus
