Tasks

• Manage the "Thinking Bank" for the role. Establish management standards for the unit. Develop performance standards for subordinates. Review training and career development programs. Provide management training and guidance to subordinates.
• Approval of all security authorization changes, provisioning, control, processing, monitoring, management, and documentation in accordance with approved access levels, in order to approve and ensure 15 security changes.
• Responsible for leading the development of technologies and processes related to the unit's responsibilities and ensuring that we continue to be recognized as a leading institution. Updating technologies and systems, including providing guidance on the selection and implementation of new systems, as well as assisting candidates in handling security incidents.
• Expand the management of safety authorizations and the documentation of instructions. Ensure, document, and communicate a comprehensive overview to the business unit(s) and the relevant departments. Provide recommendations regarding the department’s records.
• Defining the system's staffing needs; making hiring and termination decisions; handling payroll administration; and providing employee evaluations and disciplinary actions. Monitoring compliance with personnel practices, policies, procedures, and rules/programs, as well as employee performance.
• Participate in developing the business unit's strategy and all aspects of the process to ensure the business unit is ready for the organization. Track progress and take responsibility for follow-up actions.
• Developing the budget for the unit(s) and managing the unit's resources.
• Ensure the management of the unit(s) and the entire program and activities for the unit.
