BlackRock's Offshore Wealth business is one of the most dynamic and fastest-growing divisions within the company. The division is responsible for providing the full range of BlackRock platforms, products, and solutions to financial intermediaries, such as wirehouses, broker-dealers, private banks, family offices, and registered investment advisors (RIAs).Primary responsibilities
The Market Leader is responsible for all aspects of BlackRock’s business and the business of financial advisors in a specific territory. This includes developing, implementing, and executing the sales strategy to grow assets and revenue and ensure BlackRock’s success. The Market Leader provides expert guidance to financial advisors and collaborates with other sales professionals to build deep relationships across various platforms (e.g., ETFs, mutual funds, SMAs, alternatives, models). * Lead the market and develop deep relationships covering all aspects of a financial advisor’s business in a specific territory * Serve as an advisory business partner to help advisors navigate markets, products, and solutions * Drive sales across the full range of BlackRock investment solutions (alternatives, mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, risk management) by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing financial advisors * Leverage data-driven client training and the BlackRock sales network to build deep relationships with the largest and fastest-growing firms and advisors * Develop an efficient and well-thought-out territory strategy to ensure consistent engagement and influence * Monitor and execute sales efforts, including Alternatives and Mutual FundsRequirements
* More than 10 years of experience in wealth management * Strong territory management skills * Ability to demonstrate personal and results-oriented goals * Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and advisor trends and practices * Excellent ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing * Series 7/66 and licenses required * Fluency in US English, as well as a good command of SpanishOur offer
The salary range for this position is $218,500.00–$252,000.00. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, wellness, and vacation benefits, as well as retirement benefits.
