The position offers the opportunity to work as administrative support for the Head of Private Banking in Vaduz, managing interfaces with various group companies. The ideal candidate should have experience in banking, preferably as an executive assistant, as well as good language skills in German and English.

Tasks

  • In this interesting and responsible position, you will support our Head of Private Banking in Vaduz in administrative and organizational tasks as well as in interface management with group companies.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in banking, ideally as an executive assistant
  • Basic training in banking or business administration; further training as an executive assistant or in project management is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English; other languages are an advantage
