- Supporting, advising and promoting the named general agency
- Accompanying and supporting the sales representatives in customer service and sales
- Coaching and further training for sales representatives
- Supporting the management level with market-related measures
- Link to the management departments at the head office
Requirements
- Several years of experience in insurance field service in the corporate sectors
- Federal certificate in insurance or higher education mandatory
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong sense of customer orientation
- High level of self-motivation and self-management
- Authentic appearance with a lot of assertiveness
- Dynamic, communicative and empathetic with a cooperative, charismatic and trustworthy manner
