The following diverse tasks await you:

• Supporting, advising and promoting the aforementioned general agencies
• Accompanying and supporting the sales representatives
• Coaching and further training for sales representatives
• Support for marketing measures of the general agencies
• Link to the management departments at the head office

Requirements

What sets you apart:

• Several years of experience in insurance sales in private and occupational pension provision
• Training in the insurance industry with further training as a financial planner IAF
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong sense of customer orientation
• High level of self-motivation
• Authentic appearance with a lot of assertiveness
• You have excellent oral and written German skills.
