Vaudoise is looking for a Direct Delegate Sales Pensions (m/f/d) for the region of South-Eastern Switzerland to support agencies in private and occupational pensions and to offer customers high-quality services. The position involves supporting and advising agencies, coaching and training sales representatives and marketing activities.
Job description
Tasks
- Supporting, advising and promoting the aforementioned general agencies
- Accompanying and supporting the sales representatives
- Coaching and further training for sales representatives
- Support for marketing processing measures of the general agencies
- Link to the management departments at the head office
Requirements
- Several years of experience in insurance field service in private and occupational pensions
- Training in the insurance industry with further training as a financial planner IAF
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong sense of customer orientation
- High level of self-motivation
- Authentic appearance with a lot of assertiveness
- Excellent oral and written German language skills
