Tasks
- Support, advise and promote the aforementioned general agencies
- Accompanying and supporting the sales representatives
- Coaching and further training for sales representatives
- Support for marketing measures of the general agencies
- Commitment to the management delegates on the business train
Requirements
- Several years of experience in insurance sales in private and occupational pensions
- Training in the insurance industry with further training as a financial planner IAF
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong sense of customer orientation
- High level of self-motivation
- Authenticity through your manner, with a lot of assertiveness
- Excellent oral and written German language skills
- Dynamic, communicative and empathetic
