Tasks

• Supporting, advising and promoting the aforementioned general agencies
• Accompanying and supporting the sales representatives
• Coaching and further training for sales representatives
• Support for marketing measures of the general agencies
• The idea of loyalty to the management delegates at the business location

Requirements

• Several years of experience in insurance sales in private and occupational pensions
• Training in the insurance industry with further training as a financial planner IAF
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong sense of customer orientation
• High level of self-motivation
• Outstanding appearance with a lot of assertiveness
• Excellent oral and written German language skills
