Management Delegate Sales Pension Provision (m/f/d)
Vaudoise is looking for a Director of Pension Sales (m/f/d) to support its general agencies in private and occupational pensions in order to offer customers high-quality services. The position includes the support, advice and promotion of general agencies as well as the supervision and support of sales representatives.

Tasks
- Supporting, advising and promoting the aforementioned general agencies
- Accompanying and supporting the sales representatives
- Coaching and further training for sales representatives
- Support for marketing measures of the general agencies
- Liaison/accompaniment to the management delegates on the business train
Requirements
- Several years of insurance experience in private and occupational pensions
- Training in the insurance industry with further training as a financial planner IAF
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong sense of customer orientation
- High level of self-motivation
- Authenticity/openness with a lot of assertiveness
- Excellent oral and written German language skills
