Vaudoise is looking for a Director of Pension Sales (m/f/d) to support general agencies in private and occupational pensions and to offer customers high-quality services. The position involves supporting and advising general agencies, coaching and training sales representatives and marketing activities.

Tasks
- Supporting, advising and promoting the aforementioned general agencies
- Accompanying and supporting the sales representatives
- Coaching and further training for sales representatives
- Support for marketing measures of the general agencies
- Commitment to the management delegates on the business train
Requirements
- Several years of experience in insurance sales in private and occupational pensions
- Training in the insurance industry with further training as a financial planner IAF
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong sense of customer orientation
- High level of self-motivation
- Authenticity, open-mindedness with a lot of assertiveness
- Excellent oral and written German language skills
