Die Stelle umfasst die Betreuung und Beratung von Agenturen, Coaching und Weiterbildung von Aussendienstmitarbeitenden sowie Marketingmassnahmen.

Tasks
- Supporting, advising and promoting the aforementioned general agencies
- Accompanying and supporting the sales representatives
- Coaching and further training for sales representatives
- Support for marketing measures of the general agencies
- Bindungsglied zu den Direktionsabteilungen am Geschäftssitz
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Versicherungsaussen-dienst in der privaten und beruflichen Vorsorge
- Training in the insurance industry with further training as a financial planner IAF
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong sense of customer orientation
- High level of self-motivation
- Authentic appearance with a lot of assertiveness
- Excellent oral and written German language skills
