Your role
We are looking for an experienced technology risk management professional who has experience in building technology control environments and a deep understanding of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and Digital Assets (DA).
- Develop and maintain control frameworks for DLT and DA at UBS to ensure compliance with internal and external standards, requirements and best practices
- Continuous assessment of new and emerging risks affecting UBS's DLT and DA platform
- Bringing tangible DLT innovation to UBS while ensuring the secure development of the DLT platform and associated control framework
- Support the development of strategic priorities for DA, including tokenization, custody, in a risk-managed manner
- Collaboration with stakeholders from technology risk management, compliance and business units
- Support in regulatory and supervisory dialogs and reporting on DLT and DA
Your expertise
- Experience in technology risk management and the implementation of standards
- Deep expertise in DLT/DA, e.g. skills and tools
- Knowledge of public and private blockchains
- University degree in computer science
- Clear and confident communicator
- Strong problem solving and robust analytical skills
