Your role

Are you an experienced technology risk management professional? Do you have experience in implementing technology control environments? Do you have a deep understanding of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and Digital Assets (DA)? We are looking for someone like you to join our Digital Asset CoE team in Group Emerging Technologies:

  • Develop and maintain control frameworks for DLT and DA at UBS to ensure compliance with internal and external standards, requirements and best practices
  • Continuous assessment of new and emerging risks affecting UBS's Digital Assets and DLT platform
  • Bringing tangible DLT innovation to UBS while ensuring the secure development of the DLT platform and associated control framework
  • Support the development of our strategic priorities for digital assets, including tokenization, custody, in a risk-managed manner
  • Close collaboration with stakeholders from technology risk management, compliance and business units
  • Support in regulatory and supervisory dialogs and reporting on DLT and DA

Your expertise

  • Experience in technology risk management and implementation of standards
  • Deep expertise in DLT/DA, e.g. skills and tools
  • Knowledge of public and private blockchains
  • University degree in computer science
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Strong problem-solving skills and robustness
