Tasks

- Actively contribute to the optimization and further development of operational processes at the Service Center - Including pension fund administration

Requirements

  • Completed business apprenticeship, preferably at a bank, or high school diploma
  • A solid understanding of banking, as well as an interest in and knowledge of financial products, are required
  • Several years of experience as a first-level call center agent at a financial services provider or in private banking
  • Fluent German, excellent English skills, and preferably written and spoken Italian, Spanish, and/or French
  • A team-oriented individual who is always focused on both internal and external customers
