We are looking for an e-Channels Service Center 1st Level Front & Client Advisor (full-time position) in Zurich to serve as the first point of contact for customers and help optimize operational processes at the Service Center. The position requires strong banking expertise, several years of experience as a call agent, and excellent German and English language skills.

We are looking for a 100% e-Channels Service Center 1st Level Front & Client Advisor (f/m/d) to join our team.

Tasks

  • Active participation in the optimization and further development of operational processes at the Service Center

Your profile

  • Completed business apprenticeship, preferably at a bank, or high school diploma
  • A solid understanding of banking, as well as an interest in and knowledge of financial products, are required
  • Several years of experience as a first-level call center agent at a financial services provider or in private banking
  • Fluent German, excellent English skills, preferably Italian, Spanish, and/or
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure
  • A team-oriented individual who is always focused on both internal and external customers
