Early Career Talent Specialist

The Early Career Talent Specialist supports the Learning & Development team in the development, implementation and scaling of early career talent programs on a global scale. The position includes responsibility for the recruitment, development and retention of early career talent within a global private banking group.

Job description

Tasks

  • Early Career Strategy and Execution: Lead the EFG Early Career Talents Development Programs (for graduates, interns and apprentices) by designing, implementing and developing our programs globally, ensuring alignment with program requirements and regional needs.
  • Early Career Talent Acquisition: Management of the entire recruitment process for graduates, interns and apprentices worldwide.
  • Early Career Skill Development, Engagement & Performance Monitoring: Development of a comprehensive onboarding process for a smooth integration of early career talents into the organization, ensuring a first-class candidate experience.
  • Early Career Programs Improvement: Gathering feedback through surveys and touchpoints; analyzing findings to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and guide decisions and program adjustments.
  • Global learning and development initiatives: supporting the design, development and implementation of global talent development processes (including succession planning, talent management, etc.).

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in human resources, organizational development, business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in early career talent acquisition or development within structured HR departments of international organizations.
  • People and client focused with a real passion for people development and outstanding customer service.
  • Strategic and results-oriented with a relentless focus on delivery.
  • Proactive and positive attitude with resilient energy and intellectual curiosity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills; experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions and countries.
  • Strong communication skills; able to structure important messages and information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively and deliver in a dynamic and demanding environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (mandatory) and fluency in at least one language among Italian, French and German.
  • Solid skills in MS Office programs.
