The Raiffeisen Banking Group is looking for an Inheritance Advisor (f/m/d) to strengthen its team in the area of inheritance advice in order to provide customers with professional support in the management of their assets. The position involves advising clients, drawing up documents and dispositions and working on projects.
Job description
Entry as an inheritance consultant (f/m/d)Tasks
- Client advice on the following topics: Marital status, matrimonial property and inheritance contracts, home ownership as well as child and inheritance protection, taking into account tax laws
- Preparation of documents and dispositions: Wills, marriage and inheritance contracts, cohabitation contracts, advance care directives and memoranda, on request
- Assistance with questions relating to child and adult protection measures
- Collaboration in projects and working groups
- Willingness to travel throughout German-speaking Switzerland
Requirements
- Successfully completed basic legal training (e.g. law degree, notary's office, arbitration training, university of applied sciences in the field of business and law)
- First professional experience in inheritance consulting or a similar field of activity
- Consulting profile, coupled with initiative, a networked and entrepreneurial mindset and diplomatic skills
- Communicative and customer-oriented personality with a winning appearance
- High quality standards and stylistically confident German language skills
