Product and Customer Experience Specialist at a Brokerage Firm (Investment Advisory)

About the team:

You will join the Brokerage Office team, which is expanding its investment offerings for high-net-worth and institutional clients—ranging from the Private Banking segment to large financial institutions—by providing investment products, investment advisory services, and portfolio management.

Tasks:

We work on cutting-edge investment solutions, digitize processes, and design the customer experience, while collaborating with product, marketing, legal, compliance, risk, operations, IT, and management teams. Our primary goals are to build and maintain our investment offerings. You’ll help shape the most important moments of our clients’ careers!

• You will help design product offerings, investment banking services, and investment advisory services
• You help shape the sales and cross-selling processes for investment products
• You will work with product and back-office teams to develop and launch new investment products
• You monitor the quality of service operations in terms of their performance and the identification of current issues
• You prepare analyses, recommendations, and presentations for clients

Requirements:

• You have a very good understanding of the capital markets and the latest investment news
• You have experience in the field of wealth management
• Fluency in English at a minimum B2 level and in Polish at a minimum C1 level
• you have the required skills
