Product Development and Customer Experience Specialist at the Brokerage Firm
The position as an expert in product development and customer experience at ING’s brokerage office involves contributing to the development of investment products and coordinating processes in the area of investment advisory services. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Polish capital market and be fluent in both English and Polish.
Tasks
- help develop the product portfolio used in investment advisory services
- coordinate processes related to day-to-day operations (including compliance, legal, market, sales, operations, and IT)
- work with project teams responsible for the investment banking sector
- support the work of technology teams in designing and implementing new investment advisory processes
- monitor the quality of service delivery and regulatory compliance, and initiate measures to improve them
- prepare economic analyses and presentations regarding the activities of the Director of the Brokerage Office
Requirements
- You have a good understanding of the Polish capital market and newly developed investment solutions
- You have a minimum B2 level of English and a C1 level of Polish
- you have a college degree
