Specialist in Product Development and Customer Experience at a Brokerage Firm (Investment Advisory)

About the team

You will join the Brokerage Office team, which is developing investment offerings for clients—ranging from the Premium/Ultimate segment to clients in Banking, Advisory Services, Insurance, and Investment Clients. We work on cutting-edge investment solutions, digitize processes and projects for clients, and collaborate with advisors from the investment advisory team. Our team consists of specialists with experience in:

• product development
• compliance
• market supervision
• technical analysis
• Back-office processes and customer-centricity

Key information about the position and working conditions

Collaboration on the development of investment products as part of our investment advisory services, including:

• You coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders (including compliance, legal, risk management, sales, and IT)
• You will work with specialists in consulting and product development to create and implement new investment products
• You monitor current market conditions and their impact on the investment products and investment recommendations offered
• You prepare analyses, recommendations, and presentations on a regular basis for clients

Requirements

A person with experience working with multiple stakeholders who:

• You have a very good understanding of the capital market and new investment solutions
• You have a command of English at a minimum B2 level and German at a minimum C1 level
• you have a proven track record of success
