Expert in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC)

Tasks

As an expert in regulation and compliance, you will work as part of a team that ensures business operations are conducted in accordance with regulations and best practices in the area of anti-money laundering. Your role includes:

• Monitoring and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in the area of AML/CFT/FRA
• Monitoring key risk indicators and collaborating with other teams to identify potential risk areas
• Collaboration with regulatory authorities and business partners

Requirements

What we expect from you:

• At least 5 years of experience in financial institutions, financial crime, internal audit, or the banking or financial sector
• You are curious, decisive, and results-oriented in your work
• You can explain your thoughts clearly and precisely
• You perform well under pressure and think systematically
• You communicate fluently in English
• You have experience working with data (preferably in the banking, business, and finance sectors)
