Product and Cost-Saving Process Expert
ING Bank is looking for a product and process expert in the field of retirement planning to work on developing offerings for individual customers and small businesses. The ideal candidate should have at least 4–6 years of experience in developing financial products and processes and possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in English.
Tasks
- Monitoring the business performance of the offering and identifying optimal solutions
- Conducting analyses of the Polish and international markets and initiating changes in the development of competitive strategies
- Preparing recommendations and materials for management
Requirements
- At least 4–6 years of experience in creating and developing products and processes for clients in the financial sector
Welcome
- Experience in creating or developing offerings for brokerage or retirement clients
- Knowledge of trends in financial education for individuals and/or retirement planning
- Experience in designing digital solutions (e.g., online onboarding, mobile apps)
- Can you analyze predictive results?
- You have a sufficient command of English to work with international materials and analyses, including leading meetings
