Product and Customer Experience Specialist at the Brokerage Office

Tasks

• You will help develop and implement solutions related to the design and implementation of an investment system
• You coordinate processes for internal clients (including compliance, marketing, sales, operations, and IT)
• You will plan the implementation of the proposed solutions in accordance with applicable capital market regulations and internal standards
• You will be part of a project team focused on product development and the implementation of new solutions
• You will participate in the implementation process and monitor the results of the implemented solutions
• You prepare reports and presentations related to the project

Requirements

• understanding the product offerings sold as part of investment advisory services
• Support in monitoring sales processes to streamline and improve the investment offering
• coordination of the implementation process for new IT solutions
• Planning the implementation of proposed solutions in accordance with applicable capital market regulations and internal standards
• Participation in the product development team and the implementation of new solutions
• Collaboration with the technology team on the design and implementation of new investment solutions
