A Client Service Account Management (CSAM) is the 'window' to J.P. Morgan Payments and the primary point of contact for our clients. CSAM is responsible for delivering world-class service and strives to achieve 100% client satisfaction by building deep and meaningful relationships with key contacts within the client organization. As a Client Service Account Management Associate in our Payments team, you are the customer's champion, empowered to identify process improvements and growth opportunities, and have full responsibility for delivering regular 'service reviews' with customers either in person or remotely. You will develop an excellent understanding of the client's business and the products and services they receive from J.P. Morgan, and will work with other key J.P. Morgan stakeholders to ensure we deliver a seamless client experience.Tasks
- Responsible for the customer experience in all aspects of the daily relationship with JPMorgan Payments and understanding the customer's business in order to anticipate their needs and offer appropriate support and solutions.
- Maintaining accurate and active service temperature monitoring for all customers in the CSAM portfolio. Identifying and resolving service issues that affect customers.
- Supporting the development and execution of jointly agreed service plans that focus on process improvements for customers. Promoting the use of our electronic service tools to enable customers to easily find payment-related information.
- Analysis of the entire payment process and related activities to identify associated efficiencies
- Participation in and support of payments business initiatives that positively influence the customer experience
- Identification and effective communication of all opportunities for the development of payment products
Requirements
- Fluent English and German - mandatory
- Strong customer focus / Experience in relationship management in the banking sector
- Good understanding of payment products
- Ability to develop and mobilize an internal network, key stakeholders, and associated resources
- Strong interest in digital technology transformation in the banking sector
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and working effectively under pressure

- French or Italian language - nice to have
