Reception and security staff (customer area)
The position as reception and security staff (customer area) in Basel is a part-time position with a permanent contract, in which you will act as the central point of contact for customers and guests and take on security monitoring duties in the control center. The position requires experience in reception and customer service as well as knowledge of administrative and security-related tasks.
Your role
As a reception and security employee (customer area), you will be the main point of contact for our customers and responsible for security monitoring in the control center. You will ensure a smooth, safe, and friendly reception.Your tasks
- Assisting guests and customers in the reception area
- Performing administrative, security, and building-related tasks
- Support for customer events
- Monitoring the building management system and ensuring smooth operation
- Representing employees at the personnel entrance
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
- Several years of experience in reception and customer service
- Initial work experience in security tasks or building surveillance
- Experience with administrative and organizational tasks in a professional environment
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Willingness to take responsibility and work independently
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Fluency in German and English, good knowledge of French is an advantage
