The position as reception and security staff (customer area) in Basel is a part-time position with a permanent contract and involves looking after guests and customers as well as security monitoring in the control center. Your role

As a reception and security employee (customer area), you will be the main point of contact for our customers and responsible for security monitoring in the control center. You will ensure a smooth, safe, and friendly reception.

Your tasks

  • Assisting guests and customers in the reception area
  • Performing administrative, security, and building-related tasks
  • Support for customer events
  • Monitoring the building management system and ensuring smooth operation

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
  • Several years of experience in reception and customer service
  • Initial work experience in security tasks or building surveillance
  • Experience with administrative and organizational tasks in a professional environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Willingness to take responsibility and work independently
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance
  • Fluency in German and English, good knowledge of French is an advantage
