The role

Delight our guests—from the very first moment. Do you love welcoming people and have a way of instantly putting them at ease and making them feel comfortable? We’re looking for someone who can create a warm and professional reception atmosphere with passion, professionalism, and a warm heart.

Your tasks

• You will welcome our discerning clients in a stylish, friendly, and discreet manner
• They ensure a first-class experience and deliver every session to a high standard
• You'll have a clear view of the reception area and our meeting rooms
• They create an atmosphere in which guests and employees alike feel comfortable

Requirements

• Training in fine dining or the hospitality industry
• Several years of experience in customer service
• Strong customer focus
• Confident demeanor, well-groomed appearance
• Good computer skills
• A hospitable attitude combined with strong communication skills and flexibility
• Fluent Swiss German

Your Commitment

• Days on duty: every other Friday
• Additional assignments as a substitute teacher during school breaks
