Job description
We are looking for an experienced business analyst to lead the platform transformation of our Execution Management System (EMS). This is a 12-month fixed-term position that will be filled through an external payroll provider.Tasks
The main tasks include:- Collaborate with global stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for EMS improvements and platform transitions
- Development of comprehensive business specifications, including epics, initiatives, objectives, and key results
- Conducting gap analyses to understand current EMS functionalities and execution workflows and compare them with future platform capabilities
- Translating the product strategy into manageable deliverables such as user stories, process diagrams, acceptance criteria, and traceable requirements documentation
- Coordinating the implementation of the new Global EMS platform, including collaboration with external suppliers, IT teams, and control functions
Requirements
The requirements for this position include:- At least 7 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in investment banking or capital markets, with proven experience in trading systems
- In-depth understanding of Execution Management Systems (EMS) and front-to-back trading workflows
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage senior stakeholders, technical teams, and regulatory authorities
- The ability to influence others without direct authority, navigate matrix-style organizations, and build consensus across diverse groups
- A genuine interest in Agile methods, active participation in sprints, backlog refinement, and cross-functional collaboration
