Engagement & Activation Specialist

• Designs and implements digital client activation and sales campaigns to support GWM EMEA's sales ambitions, working closely with Advisory and Sales (A&S), Front, Marketing, Marketing Automation, and Control Functions.
• Prepares and uploads content into digital tools (e.g., UBS Campaign, Client Dialog Management (CDM), Smart Mail), ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal, cross-border, and internal guidelines, including initiating client send-outs directly via the tools.
• works with Control Functions to secure the necessary approvals for content and target groups, while the team builds up expertise for routine cases
• Develops and implements digital sales pilot concepts, integrating the experience gained into daily operations, while monitoring digital marketing, sales, and client engagement trends to identify future areas of focus.

Your expertise

• 3-5 years of experience in digital communication, marketing, or a similar field
• Experience in project management
• Proven ability to manage complex projects
• excellent at communicating complex ideas
• Solution-oriented, accustomed to working under tight deadlines
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is an advantage
