Engagement Marketing Lead - Everyday Banking

Tasks

This role will involve representing our marketing function in key stakeholder discussions on a robust agenda. You will build relationships with key stakeholders in the retail franchise, everyday banking team, and marketing teams across the business to deliver product and brand strategy and ensure its effective implementation internally and externally. This includes:

• Understanding the priorities, aspirations, and commitments of your segment in order to translate them into manageable strategies and measurable goals
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create strategic narratives and plans that support brand and business strategy
• Leading the team in the implementation of marketing activities throughout all phases of the campaign
• Collaborating with our strategic partners to ensure that our media activities meet business needs

Requirements

Within marketing, you need strong strategic marketing experience. In addition to great influencing skills, you need strong communication skills and excellent stakeholder management skills that add value and support business priorities. These include:

• Budget management experience
• Knowledge and application of marketing strategies, models, and practices
