Engagement Marketing Lead - Everyday Banking

What you will do

This role will act as a trusted advisor within our marketing function. Your comprehensive marketing knowledge and understanding of customer marketing channels, communications, and activities will help drive the overall marketing strategy and develop marketing strategies that support the company's priorities, both internally and externally. In addition, you will: * Understand your segment's priorities, operations, and commitments in order to translate them into effective marketing plans * Work with finance teams to create a strategic narrative and plans that support the overall campaign objectives * Collaborate with creative teams to bring the campaign to life at all stages

The skills you need

Good collaboration with individuals with strong marketing experience. In addition to excellent networking and influencing skills, you must demonstrate the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborate on complex marketing strategies that add value and support business priorities. You also need: * Experience in budget management * Previous experience in senior leadership * A high level of drive and personal commitment to success
