Engagement Marketing Lead - Everyday Banking

Tasks

This role involves representing the marketing function in key discussions with stakeholders. You will build relationships with key stakeholders in the retail franchise, the everyday banking team, and senior executives within the bank to influence the production of deals, products, and offers that support our strategic goals and customer needs. You will: *

• Understand your segment's priorities, aspirations, and commitments in order to translate them into strategic and meaningful campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create a strategic narrative and plans that support the brand/campaign strategy
• Lead teams in implementing the marketing brief at all stages of the campaign
• Collaborate with our strategic partners to ensure that our activities reflect business needs and brand positioning.
