Engineering Lead - secure custody platform

Tasks

For this position, we are seeking an experienced engineer (with over 7 years of experience) who has extensive hands-on experience in software development and managing development teams. You will lead a team of highly qualified engineers to develop the next generation of digital platforms for trading, investing in, and safeguarding digital assets.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the technical lead and "enabler" (team lead) for a development team - Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that product requirements are understood and that the roadmap is delivered on time with the expected high level of quality - Perform technical analysis and design of requirements - Write clean, modular, maintainable, and robust code to implement the desired requirements - Take full responsibility for the product from conception through implementation, documentation, deployment, operation, and support

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a development team (as a tech lead or team lead)
• Solid experience as a software developer (Golang, Java, Rust), strong understanding of the cloud-native ecosystem
• Solid experience with modern software development practices (continuous delivery, deployment, testing, etc.)
• Solid experience in software architecture and system architecture
• Experience with C, embedded systems, or reverse engineering
• Experience with Linux, networking, security, cryptography, and distributed databases
• Experience with productive containerized runtimes (Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker, CRI-O) and software-defined infrastructure (Ansible, Terraform) is a plus
• Experience with Angular, TypeScript or Flutter is a plus
• Experience with blockchain and DeFi ecosystems is a plus
• Experience with trading, finance and digital assets is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others
• Sense of urgency and responsibility for the product
